Safety FIRST!  - if you feel like some exercises are too fast for you, you may opt out and watch or give it a try as long as you know what your body is capable of. 

Since this is an open class, the instructor will not spend too much time explaining a certain movement, please keep these questions to yourslef and ask your mentor/friends/instructors after the masterclass. Our goal in a masterclass is to learn deeper understanding of movement quaility from different artists, new combinations that tingles your senses, or observe the pedagogy of choice and more.

This is a friendly and welcoming environment and taking care of your own body is more important than anything else. You are your biggest competitor.
